Delivery and payment

Processing and shipping orders

We process orders from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. till 6:00 p.m. Orders placed after this time will definitely be processed during business hours. We will ship your order:

- On the same day, if we received and confirmed your order before 1 p.m. (excluding weekends).

- The next business day, if we received and confirmed your order after1 p.m.

Delivery costs

All goods are shipped only by Nova Poshta to branches from our central warehouse in Kyiv.

- Free delivery to Nova Poshta branches for orders over 2 000 UAH.

- According to Nova Poshta tariffs for orders up to UAH 2 000 UAH.

Delivery Terms

All orders are shipped exclusively via Nova Poshta to branch locations from our central warehouse in Kyiv.

Delivery time with Nova Poshta is 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed by our operator and dispatched from the warehouse.

Please note: during sales or promotional periods, delivery times may be longer.

Orders are stored at the Nova Poshta branch for 4 days. If you do not collect your parcel within this period, it will be automatically returned. However, you can extend the storage period by calling us at 080-044-21-34.

Payment terms for the goods

- Prepayment. You can pay for your order online with a bank card.

- Payment upon receipt. Payment in cash or by card upon receipt at the Nova Poshta branch.

- You only pay for delivery if the order total is less than 2,000 UAH; we cover any additional fees and commissions.

Payment in parts — instant installment plan for your favorite products:

- Payment in parts from PrivatBank is available to cardholders of this bank (with a credit limit or own funds).

- The minimum purchase amount is 300 UAH.

- Number of payments: 2–3.

- Credit terms are determined by the bank.

- Purchase in installments from Monobank is available to cardholders of this bank (with a credit limit or own funds).

- Minimum purchase amount — 500 UAH.

- Number of payments: 3–4.

- Credit conditions are set by the bank.
