Exchanges and returns
Returns
and exchanges of Naviale goods in accordance with Ukrainian law.
We
value the trust of our customers and comply with the current legislation of
Ukraine, in particular the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of
Consumer Rights.” If for any reason the product purchased from Naviale does not
suit you, you have the right to exchange or return it within the time limits
established by law.
1. Return and exchange of goods of good
quality
According
to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights,” the
buyer has the right to exchange or return goods of good quality within 14
calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, if:
- the product has not been used and no
signs of wear;
- its original appearance, consumer
properties, packaging, labels, and seals are
preserved;
- there is a document confirming the
purchase (receipt, invoice, confirmation from the website).
Please
note that in accordance with Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of
Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, underwear (including underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, etc.) cannot be returned or
exchanged.
2.
Return of goods of inproper quality
If you have received a product with a
manufacturing defect or it does not match the description on the website, you
have the right to:
- request free repair of defects (if possible);
- exchange the goods for similar ones;
- return the goods and receive a refund.
In this case, please contact us within
7 days of receiving the goods and provide:
- a photo/video of the defect;
- the order number or other supporting
document;
- a brief description of the situation.
Exchange and return policy
- You can return or exchange the
product within 14 days after purchase.
- So that we can be sure that the item
has not been worn before, it must have all labels and tags attached. The
packaging must be intact.
