From Craft to Love: Who Stands Behind Naviale?

We often hear: “Fashion is about trends.” But for us at Naviale, fashion is about comfort — the kind that doesn’t ask for compromise. It’s about style that begins not with clothes, but with how you feel inside. About how you feel when you put on something that truly feels like you. About people, love for what we do, and belief that beauty lies in the details.

Naviale is more than just a brand. It’s a team of people who put a piece of themselves into every item they create.

How a Collection Is Born.

“Creating Naviale collections isn’t just work — it’s our way of life,” says Iryna Pavlenko, Head of the Production Department. “On behalf of the whole team, I can say that our products are made with love — love for people and for life in all its diversity.”

Every new Naviale collection begins with analysis — but not dry statistics. It starts with living observation of the world around us. “Ideas are born in different ways,” says Nataliia Momotiuk, Head of the Design and Construction Team. “Someone brings inspiration after a trip to the mountains, someone else — after a walk through the city.”

The team studies trends: colors, silhouettes, fabrics — but most importantly, how people’s needs are changing. Fashion is not only about what people wear, but also about how they want to feel. Street style also plays its part: Naviale designers carefully watch how people combine clothes in everyday life — at work, at school, or on walks.

After inspiration comes the work of the hands.

The designer creates a sketch. The pattern maker turns it into templates. The tailors sew the first sample. Then come fittings, adjustments, and another fitting. There are moments when something must be completely changed during the process. Sometimes, a designer’s idea cannot be realized for technical reasons, so the sketch is adjusted. Other times, the fabric must be replaced — for a lighter or heavier one — to bring the idea to life.

“We test our garments on different body types, different sizes. We understand that our pieces must work for everyone,” explains Iryna.

The final touches are the most enjoyable, because that’s when the result finally takes shape. “The greatest joy comes from the support of our clients — through online orders or in-store sales. When our collections sell well, we know we’re moving in the right direction, and it motivates us to keep creating,” says Iryna.

“Every line matters, but the closest ones to our hearts are those we’ve worked on the longest, those that required the most effort. And usually, they become our bestsellers for years" - adds Nataliia.

Stories That Inspire.

Naviale is not just about fabrics and cuts. It’s about people.

About a man who chose Naviale — and since then, has felt completely comfortable in his clothes.

About a woman who spends her entire day in our outfits — from morning coffee to evening errands — because they make it easy to stay herself, even when everything around feels chaotic.

The team receives dozens of reviews, and they become their greatest source of inspiration. “When we see our pieces living real lives, we understand — it was all worth it,” the team says.

What It Means to Be Part of Naviale.

Being part of Naviale is not just a job — it’s a desire to create something meaningful and valuable. Naviale creates not only clothing, but a community of people who believe in quality, comfort, and self-expression without compromise.

Active. Creative. Hardworking. That’s who they are — the people behind Naviale.

Naviale also supports young professionals.

The team includes graduates of design colleges and academies who get the opportunity to work side by side with experienced masters.

And all of us — whether twenty, forty-one, or sixty-two — wear what we create and sincerely believe that our collections will find a place in your wardrobe too.
